NON-POTABLE WATER SYSTEM ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND TURN OFF DAYS: Due to extreme drought conditions, the District needs to implement additional watering restrictions effective immediately. Over 50% of water used in Colorado goes to outdoor irrigation, with much of this water being wasted.  To help preserve the remaining non-potable water supply, the following water schedule will be implemented:

-The pumphouse will be shut off on Monday morning and will remain off until Wednesday morning

-Even numbered addresses may water on Wednesday and Saturday

-Odd numbered addresses may water on Thursday and Sunday

-No watering is permitted between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm

-Please do not exceed 20 minutes of watering time, per occurrence

It is imperative that all homeowners follow the irrigation schedule and avoid watering completely if adequate rainfall has been received. Due to the limitations of the pump and well system, excessive water demand can exceed the system's capacity and potentially cause damage to the pump, pipes, filtration system, and well.

TITLE TRANSFER FEE: The District has been notified that some title companies are trying to collect an unenforceable transfer fee when re-selling their property.  Please review the below letter from the Board, noting that the District does assess a $75 transfer fee upon closing, which is a valid fee.
